Rosie is a true asset to the team and in general I'd say Breckon & Breckon is one of the more personable and considerate agency. Their communication is sincere, they're flexible and actually know about the properties they show. Way too many others would show you a property they've never stepped their foot into and are unable to answer any of your questions, essentially wasting everyone's time. This was not the case with B&B- they knew everything about the property and were proactive in pointing things out themselves too. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish, we cannot express how impressed we’ve been with Breckon & Breckon. At the initial meeting, John arrived with a professional brochure outlining all the key information about our property and clearly explained how he arrived at the valuation. Another huge positive was the app they used to manage appointments, called Street. It was excellent, as we weren’t inundated with calls, and instead received notifications through the app that we could accept in our own time. Finally, the regular check-ins and the availability of Sarah at the office was outstanding. She kept us as updated as possible throughout the months between accepting the offer on our house and exchanging. Highly recommend!
