It took a long while to sell my mum's place due to it needing a very specific type of buyer. Breckon & Breckon were excellent throughout, keeping in regular contact during the protracted sale (down to our buyers having the misfortune of being recommended to use Muve - quite possibly the most useless and incompetent solicitors ever!). From start to finish, we cannot express how impressed we’ve been with Breckon & Breckon. At the initial meeting, John arrived with a professional brochure outlining all the key information about our property and clearly explained how he arrived at the valuation. Another huge positive was the app they used to manage appointments, called Street. It was excellent, as we weren’t inundated with calls, and instead received notifications through the app that we could accept in our own time. Finally, the regular check-ins and the availability of Sarah at the office was outstanding. She kept us as updated as possible throughout the months between accepting the offer on our house and exchanging. Highly recommend!

Sarah was excellent when dealing with the sale of my Grandparents house, whenever she said she’d call she always did, and kept us in the loop the whole time with the process, which was greatly appreciated. John started the process with the valuation and was our first point of contact but dealing with both Sarah and John was great from day 1, so thank you!

Simply the best Estate Agents in Witney. They were very professional, know the local market inside out and have extremely helpful staff. One thing that really struck me was the incredibly smart IT systems they used in marketing the property. Like many sales, there were delays during the transaction - they handled these in a very commercial and sensible fashion. I was extremely impressed by how they dealt with the buyer throughout the transaction process. This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah Thomas, the Senior Negotiator who handled our sale throughout - she was fabulous. I should also mention the Director of the Witney office, John Bouwer - he was very knowledgeable, smart and could not have been more helpful - altogether a great team.

Breckon & Breckon can be justifiably proud of their excellent standard of service from start to finish - the team were extremely helpful at every stage, especially as we had the challenge of selling a house from 150 miles away with very little time on site.
