I produce EPC’s for this Belvoir agent on their Landlords behalf so technically I could be seen as biased. However, I deal with a number of different Letting agents and I know a good one when I see it. If I am asked to carry out an EPC, I am provided all the relevant details, Alarm codes /tenant details, but the best thing I experience here, is that if I am meeting a tenant, they actually know what I am doing and why. This takes the pressure off me when I am at the property. I wish all my agents did this; as most of the time when I meet tenants, for some other agents, I have to spend around 10 minutes explain what I am there for and what it involves. Sometimes finding that I have to rebook a job as the tenant didn’t know how long it would take or couldn’t let me into a room as someone was sleeping. Once again thanks for making my job easier

I bought a house that had been converted poorly into flats. Steve from Belvoir gave me great advice from the outset about what needed doing. After the works were completed, in which his ideas were fully utilised, Steve started to advertise the flats for rent. After only 5 weeks, all the 3 flats have been taken by working tenants. Belvoir was an efficient letting agency to rent private properties from. They made sure that the property was regularly monitored for gas safety with up yo date smoke and carbon dioxide alarms. Problems have been dealt with efficiently and the team ensured a good exchange of information between the tenant and the landlord. Their staff was welcoming and helpful and the contractors employed to carry out repairs were good professionnals.
