Steve at Belvoir helped me with my boiler issue, i was just expecting it to be fixed but it was replaced with a new one, he also helped me with other small issues and liaised with the contractor on my behalf and was quick to resolve all issues i was experiencing.

I have just moved in to a new property about 2 weeks ago. From the very start belvoir have been nothing but brilliant. We had a couple of problems when we first moved in if no fault of anyone's and belvoir have been very helpful. It has taken some time to get a certain problem rectified due to the landlord and belvoir have been consistent with trying to contact the landlord and communicated well with myself throughout the whole process. I have been carrying out remedial work for Belvoir (Prenton) for a quite some time now as well well as other property management companies. I have to say they shine above the rest in that as well as vetting their Tennants they're also very careful about the landlords they adopt, they're only interested in a fair two-way relationship between Tennant and landlord. It seems to me that as soon as a problem arises and Belvoir are notified they immediately then contact the relevant tradespeople and subject to the landlords consent, all problems are rectified immediately. I have been renting an apartment from Belvoir for the last 2 1/2 years. Any issues with the property have been dealt with quickly. Inspections occur every 6 months which are helpful for both myself as a tenant and for the landlord. A couple of weeks ago I left my keys in the property, thankfully after a quick call to the office one of the Agents came straight out so I could get into my home. I was extremely grateful as my young daughter was with me and I was unable to get to the Letting Agency. I would highly recommend Belvoir.
