Not atall helpful

Absolute horrendous service form Steve! Saying customers lied and keeping the holding deposit. Disgrace to the company!

Never been more appalled by sheer lack of customer service. Spoken to as if I was an inconvenience when trying to organise a viewing. "Can't you make a lunch time." "Everyone has to go to work." "It will be DARK after 4pm." Miserable manner and tone. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of apology, eventually had to hang up the phone after I was 'rude' for asking to view a property in the afternoon . It's patently clear that there is ZERO staff training. Would advise against using this company for lettings or sales. I wouldn't even give them ONE star rating- but I have been forced to by Google.

Leaving a property unsecured and unsafe for over 2 weeks. Telling tenant to "have a bath" when shower is broken then putting phone down after telling them to go away. Very very rude old man
