All house transactions are stressful, but this one was particularly difficult and long winded. It nearly fell through several times and a big reason that it didn’t is that we had Anita (at Wilkinson’s in Winslow) on the case who is frankly a brilliant estate agent. She managed the process closely and diligently (in comparison to the other agents handling our side of the chain who I hardly ever heard from). It is in many way thanks to a Anita that we now have our wonderful new home. We were the purchasers in this process, but if you are selling a house, you could do far worse in your choice of agents. This house was completely off brief for us, but perfect once we understood it more. Another agent may not have had the ability to convince us to even view it, but she did.
