Wilkinsons offer a first class service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. This is the second time we have used Wilkinsons, so when we wanted to put our house on the market, they were our first port of call. Fiona was absolutely outstanding in managing our sale, including communications with the other parties in the chain. Without her professionalism and perseverance, the whole process would have taken much longer as agents and conveyancers further down the chain didn't seem to be quite as on the ball as Wilkinsons were. Brought my first property from Wilkinson. Before I brought a property from Wilkinson. I was viewing loads of houses and none were meeting my criteria. When I come across the property In Wilkinson and did the viewing with Joe, it was a great experience and helps with any questions and answers all. I was struggling to get the contracts exchanged, Joe again gave my solicitors a push to have it quickly done, thanks to him everything happened fast. I'm a current landlord and use Manning Stainton as my letting agency. Alex Richards from the agency and the whole estate agents have been fantastic in making the letting process so easy for me. I feel rest assured that my property will be kept up to date with required regulations, regular checks and updates. Alex has also been really responsive and amazing at responding to any issues with the tenants and keeping me updated. I would highly recommend them.

I'm not finished so I don't want to 'jinx' anything, but even my experience has been amazing. Not everyone in the office speaks Welsh, but they 'humour' me as Welsh learners and give me people with whom I can practice. I have agreed reduced equipment, but that was my choice. There was a lot of interest in the house in the first month and the house is now off the market. The best thing was the speed of responding to contacts by email, phone calls etc, and the speed to put on the market (virtually overnight). They are all lovely people - well done :)
