The guys at the company are lovely. They actual do have time for their clients, I remember letting an agent wait for about 20 minutes prior to reaching out at a property we scheduled for viewing just because I lost my way to the place. The process of looking for somewhere to rent was very straightforward and easy. Put in an enquiry, got a viewing and got our tenancy accepted. Very clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process. Especially Jenna who was helping us. Thanks a lot!

Amazing place. Easy to move stuff into apartment with elevator, and apartment looks amazing. Multiple artworks add interest to rooms, spacious rooms with the best bathroom I've ever been in. TVs great quality, and kitchen extremely spacious for six people. Would highly recommend rooms.

The people that really stood out for me were Steve and Bonnie. There was an issue with a tenancy which was very problematic and stressful to me however Steve came up with solutions straight away. In the mean time, Bonnie kept updating me and overall providing excellent customer service - updates on the previous tenancy and new listings. When Bonnie called me - I knew she came with answers. She really took a very worrying and problematic issue and solved it. Without Steve and Bonnie, I would’ve been in a pickle and be left unhappy. A HUGE thank you to Bonnie who did nothing but try their best to help me - you made me feel valued. Thank you to Steve for coming up with a solution to my issue.
