Fantastic. Could not ask for better help finding a room, and I know I was a difficult customer! Anna really pulled out all the stops with several rooms for me to look at, and even helped out with making sure dates lined up perfectly for moving from one tenancy to another by arranging extra time with my current landlord. Bonnie was then assigned to us and within a click of her fingers she brushed aside the issues with ease and made this process as hassle free and as easy as anyone could imagine. She was professional, polite, and simply wonderful when we were going through what is a notoriously stressful process of finding a new house. Bonnie had our tenancy agreement drawn up within a matter of hours and delivered all the information we needed concisely, and answered every question we could throw at her.
