Have had an amazing experience with Martin and co in the Winchester branch. We are all students looking to find a house for the first time and the team were absolutely amazing. Really friendly but always professional, would really recommend them. They were very quick at responding and arranging viewings for housing and helped make the whole process very clear and somewhat enjoyable!

I have been with Martin&Co for the last past three years and a half and I can say I had a good experience with them. They never let me down,whenever I had a issue they have been very receptive ,act proffesionaly and tried to resolved it as fast as possible. I deffinetly recommend them.

My daughter and her university flat mates were looking for their first house share, Martin and Co had exactly the right house in the right area at the right time ! Steve helped my daughter and her fellow students with guidance and the extra little "extra" to assist on the decision to ensure all the students were sure and happy with the choice of accommodation. Steve showed kindness, respect and is extremely helpful, with super communication along with my ( as a distant mum ) much needed reassurance the accommodation was suitable. I am a tenant using services of Martin & Co more than 6 years. They have been always helpful and not only helpful but really efficient with solving problems. At the moment I was also nicely surprised by really quick reaction from lady from Account dpt concerning my request for some additional work. I did thank her but I think she deserve to say "Sheila you are super".

We have been tenants for the last 4 years with Martin and Co as the agent. We have had our share of "moments" with the very hands-on landlord but the support that, especially Sue, has provided us has meant that sanity has prevailed and common sense has ruled. Through Boiler breakdowns in winter to getting extractor fans fitted to mediation over gardening responsibilities, Sue has always made herself available and has kept up good contact to ensure that the last 4 years have been the best possible for us as tenants. Although we have now bought our own house and no longer require the services of a letting agent, I would be happy to recommend Martin and Co to prospective tenants. Thank you Sue.

I'm very happy with Martin & co. I wanted to view a flat that my husband and I have been waiting for a flat to go on the market for a while. As soon as it did I rung them. They managed to book me in to view on the same day of calling. 1 and half hours later I emailed Karl one of the agents at Winchester) saying we wanted it, he replied swiftly to get hold of the landlord and all in the same day we were accepted and our week's rent was put down. Karl was extremely swift and professional so thank you. As for actually renting with them I can not give an honest review as not moving in until end of January. But so far a happy client.
