Martin & Co have been our letting agency for over a year now and the service that we receive is excellent. Our rented house wasn’t in the best state of repair when we moved in, but the Property Maintenance Team did a great job of getting essential maintenance sorted within 48 hours. Sue from the Property Maintenance Team has been really excellent with the recent damage to our fence due to bad weather. She arranged for a contractor to visit and quote within 24 hours of us reporting the issue, and for the works to be completed within a week. Always responsive to emails and phone calls, and always professional and never had any issues. My partner and I have both rented for many years and never experienced such a helpful and professional team of people.

They've been responsive during the process, and the property manager Abbie has been very understanding and helpful.

I had a very good experience when dealing with Martin & Co, who managed the rental of my house. I'd especially like to thank Dawn Holland for being lovely to deal with and solved a lot of my queires during the change over periods between tennant, and often went above and beyond to help get things sorted quickly for us. Martain & Co have also been excellent arranging trades people to repair the odd fixes that were required and arranging all safety checks required for the property.

From the first phone call regarding a flat to rent, to vacating, Martin and Co have been really helpful, supportive, listened to our needs and ensured everything was perfect. The paperwork was easy to complete, the deposit process simple and transparent and handing the flat back at the end of the tenancy was nice and easy. The property was in a good condition and the small repairs which needed doing were carried out swiftly and efficiently at a time suitable for us. We cannot thank the team enough, especially Lisa who went above and beyond to ensure our tenancy was perfect.
