Excellent service

I recently used Hockeys to buy my first home and couldn’t fault the service they provided. Jeremy arranged a second viewing on the property I bought at very short notice and did all he could to accommodate the limited times I was available. When I put in the offer, they hadn’t heard if it had been accepted but still telephoned so that I was kept in the loop and knew when to expect an answer.After the offer was accepted, Alex went out of his way to ensure that I was kept well-informed and nothing seemed too much trouble. When I struggled to get hold of solicitors or had questions which were left unanswered, he contacted on my behalf and any issues were usually resolved the same day. His positive attitude and reassurance was very much appreciated! I can’t thank Alex and the team at Hockey’s enough for all their efforts throughout my purchase.
