Absolutely brilliant service from Daniel and Daryl! They went the extra mile to ensure our house was marketed well to the kind of audience that would appreciate the type of property we were selling and got us a number of sensible offers in a fairly short period of time. Great communications throughout and a huge help when our sale was down valued by the surveyor to ensure we didn't lose our onward purchase. While we didn't buy through Daniel and Daryl it was their attention to detail and knowledge of the local market that ultimately introduced us the our new home and ensured a fairly pain free process.
