There were a few hiccups at the start regarding who had authority to sell the house (probate) and who to speak to. But once I explained that only my name was on the Grant of Probate, everything went smoothly after that. Emily kept me informed every step of the way and was especially helpful on completion day, taking photos of the gas, electric and water meters. They were then emailed to me so I could contact the relevant suppliers of the final readings, as I couldn't be there on the day. The photos and aerial shots they took of the house were excellent. I would highly recommend Ashtons Widnes for selling your house, their communication was excellent! I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that misunderstanding at the start!
