From the very beginning of booking viewings with this branch I spoke with Shannon who was so so helpful, patient, kind, caring and supportive she really went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was looking for and kept amazing communication throughout the entire thing, calling to give me updates and there for any questions you have which as a first time buyer was so helpful as it can be very daunting and confusing. It is so reassuring speaking with people who pick up the phone straight away and get straight back to you without hesitation and really just going that extra mile.
