I can’t speak highly enough of customer service we received during the process of purchasing our property. We had Emily as the estate agent and Lisa as our mortgage advisor, Annie as case manager. All are a credit to your team and have massively helped us throughout this process! Nothing was too much to ask them and they were always contactable. All of them were only ever a phone call or email away to help with any issues. They put our minds at rest on several occasions and were constantly chasing things up for us. We feel that if it wasn’t for them we would not have completed by now. So we would just like to say a huge thank you to Emily, Lisa and Annie.
