I have never had to chase her once, Sarah is so good, every week she has checked all parties in the chain and provided us with a weekly update. She really has been fantastic, I am sure the process would’ve taken longer without her

Ross from the Wickford office was fantastic throughout the whole purchase/sale process. Never an issue to speak to him at any point. Sarah from the sales progression team at the Basildon branch was also fantastic, supported us through a very complicated sale process and multiple issues with our buyer, she was always chasing the solicitors to keep things moving forward. Would not consider using anyone else in the future.
