The Manager, Ross made sure all viewings were carried out in a professional manner when we were unable to cover them ourselves. Always available for advice, updates and support throughout. During our recent move, Rona were representing the house we were purchasing. All through the process I found the team to be excellent, professional and on the ball.....a pleasure to deal with. As is the way in these things, the were a few hiccups along the way, and Rona dealt with them superbly, kept up communication and ensured we knew what was going on. There were a few agents involved in our chain, and in my opinion Rona were the best, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I primarily spoke to Ross, who was brilliant, but at times dealt with Daniel and Beth who were also excellent.
