A really good service from the lettings team, particularly the Regional Lettings Manager, Paul Loding. It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. Recently sold my property using the wickford Branch. Ross had initially come to view and value my property and the rest was history. It was sold after the first few viewings. Ewan at the branch was my main contact and he went above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always on the other end of the line when i needed updates. I can’t fault any of the team. Mary and Sarah also have to get a mention, who were all willing to help and provide me with updates. With regards to my purchase as well, Amber showed me around and had clearly done her homework on the property and development.
