You were all so helpful and patient with a ‘slightly’ more challenging than normal sale on my house and on the sale of my Mum’s house. There were times when I thought it was all going to fall through but thanks to your perseverance, experience and professionalism you progressed us to two successful sales in what can best be described as ‘newly changing times’ in the market. In addition to the sales of both houses, you managed to find us our forever home, this wasn’t without its challenges either but with an amazing amount of patience and cooperation from you all, you got this one over the line too! The views from the garden are talked about and admired by everyone who visits and works there, we can’t wait to be in and settled so we too can appreciate them every day. I don’t suppose you’ll have to help accommodate a couple of hundred budgies again any time soon either, so that must’ve made it a unique one and quite surreal at times! Thank you all so much.

The Wickford team were brilliant from start to finish. Ross, Daniel and everyone in the office were friendly, positive, helpful and down to earth with every step of the sale and purchase. Ross from the Wickford office was fantastic throughout the whole purchase/sale process. Never an issue to speak to him at any point. Sarah from the sales progression team at the Basildon branch was also fantastic, supported us through a very complicated sale process and multiple issues with our buyer, she was always chasing the solicitors to keep things moving forward. Would not consider using anyone else in the future.

We cannot recommend Ronas/Balgores Wickford enough. Ross has been extremely helpful and professional every time we have used them. We have in the last couple of weeks completed on our house sale. The first sale fell through at exchange but Ronas were marketing the next day and the property sold soon after. Sarah at Balgores Basildon Branch took over once our house was sold and she too has been brilliant. Ross was also involved in finding our son his first property a year ago and went above and beyond to secure it for him. Their communication skills are outstanding and we never felt we had to chase for information. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again ourselves. Thank you all so much for your help. All in all we cannot recommend
