Helpful, friendly, efficient
I found Lillingtons to be professional, friendly and helpful throughout and dedicated to getting the best outcome for their client. Juie deserves a special mention - she was always quick to respond to any queries or concerns that I had and I could trust her to follow up on issues and sort them out. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend Lillingtons to others.

Excellent service provider
I can’t thanks the staff enough at the Whitehaven branch for helping to sell our house. They were in constant contact with us to keep us updated on any enquires that had been made. They provided sound advice and tips on how to make the propert more appealing to help speed up the process.

Quick Sale Of My Bungalow
Whitehaven Lillingtons Staff are fully committed and efficient.....from the moment Julie came out to value my property and throughout the whole selling process.....viewings, feedback and offers put forward ,Stacey and Kylie kept me fully informed at all times.....nothing was a problem......all contributed to me having a stress free , straightforward move. I cannot thank them enough .

Fantastic professional experience selling 2 of our properties
Really pleased with the service at Lillington’s, the girls go the extra mile . Especially Julie, without who we would not have achieved best price for one property and expert advice on best practice to sell the remaining property. Managing viewings for us while we were away, very good feedback from each viewing and aided us where solicitors couldn’t . Wouldn’t go anywhere else , thank you

Friendly, Competent, Efficient, Understanding, Helpful
We have probably been a difficult customer in that the sale took 18 months due to our not being able to find a replacement home. However at no time did we feel hassled. Staff dealt with our buyer sympathetically and helped both parties to remain in contact and friendly. Our buyer is now very happy and we are almost settled (except for the outside platform lift which is on its way). We have recommended Lillington to others and they have been happy with their treatment. We will return or at least our family will.

Very helpful and professional throughout.
As we've never sold a house before Lillingtons walked us through the various stages and kept us informed throughout the process. Advised of any problems and we were pleased with the ease that the sale went through.

Agent went the extra mile to sell our house.
We are delighted with the service we received from Lillingtons. Julie worked extremely hard to secure our sale, often answering emails late at night as the buyer was from abroad. Without her hard work and perseverance I doubt the sale would have happened.

Fantastic service
I recently sold my house with Lillingtons Whitehaven and am very impressed with the friendly professional service I received. By far the best estate agents I have dealt with. Sold within 3 weeks but the ongoing service was excellent
