Very good all round service from the moment i walked through the door to completion
A very good atmosphere in the office at Whitehaven As soon as I walked in Julie made me feel confidant I had picked the right place to sell my house Julie is very professional and has good local knowledge and she brought my house sale to a very satisfactory concussion

Great team to deal with
Julie/Chelsea/Gina at Lillingtons Whitehaven were a pleasure to deal with on our recent purchase .(apart from having to pay for the property!--which was 'hurtful' ---but not there problem). They were helpful, pleasant, responsive to queries and there when you wanted them. All-in-all 11 out of 10----very good!.

Very Helpful and professional
I have recently purchased a property through Lillingtons. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and willing to answer any queries I had in a prompt manner. The property I purchased was a true reflection of the advertisement and the staff knowledgable about the details of the property

First class service
We would personally like to thank Julie from Lillingtons Whitehaven branch. We decided to use a different estate to sell our house which we now regret. We only purchased through Lillingtons but Julie the manager has been very helpful throughout the whole process and I couldn't recommended Lillingtons enough. When we come to sell again we won't have to think twice about who to market our property with. Very happy with the service!

Fantastic local agent
In today's market we were tempted to use an online agent to save money on commission, I'm so glad we didn't! Lillingtons know the local area and their target market very well. During the selling process we were kept informed every step of the way. Things weren't going to plan with the exchange and completion dates and I know Julie chased it every day, making the stressful time that little bit easier for us. Lillingtons have excellent customer service and an outstanding knowledge regarding all parts of the process, they understand that you don't want communication to stop after you have the sale agreed. They were there every step of the way with help and advice., we feel they truely are the best agent in West Cumbria and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for helping with our last big move x

Honesty and personal service from the first email.
My first house purchase in years went like a dream. I got total honesty and a very personal service from the first email onwards. Even as a buyer I was amazed to get impartial and straight talking advice on how to bid , secure and move into my new home. Top maks guys. I will use Lillintons without a doubt for any future business.
