MG Estate Agents sold the property we recently moved into and Gavin is the most down to earth, non-pushy estate agent - I was so pleasantly surprised. He genuinely just wanted us to love the property and even suggested we take a look at others because it was the first one we viewed. The whole team (including Jill and Sarah) were so helpful and amazingly responsive throughout the purchase process. We had a horribly stressful few weeks towards the end with the solicitors we were selling through, and the MG team helped us push things forward which was brilliant. What a refreshing experience being shown around a home by MG Estate agents. It's always hard to read between the lines of a sale and understanding the true facts to make informed decisions. Our agent (so sorry forgot name!!!) was passionate, professional, personable, easy to interact with and was so honest, we felt no unnecessary preasure to make one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Historically it has always been the same agents marketing houses in my area. They all came along and pretty much gave the same talk and the valuations were very different! I decided to try MG and logged an enquiry online one evening. Within 10 minutes i had a very professional gentleman (Gavin) call me. He attend the next day and all i can say is wow! What a difference! MG is setting the bar at a whole new level. Kat arrived to take photos and understand the true value of the house!
