I chose M G Estate Agents as they were local and I thought they would have a really good understanding of the local house selling market in my area. My assessment was spot on,. The assistant manage was was very supportive whilst giving me realistic and valuable advice on the local market and the best way to put the house up for sell. Photography and marketing was excellent. When we went live I was kept upto date with viewings and feedback having 5 viewings the first weekend and 4 the second with offers following on. I would say that the whole M G Estate Agents team worked really well together to make my house sale happen. They had a Mortgage Progressor who kept me up to date with progress being made along the way. When things were slowing up even the managing director pulled out the stops to get the sale clinched. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend MG Estate Agents! Gavin sold my property in Newport and the service they provide is excellent. Gavin is such a down to earth and friendly guy with lots if knowledge in this field...and his wife kat is superb with her write ups and and photography for the sales ad. All the girls at the office are very friendly and keep you up to date as your sale moves forward. Would definitely use MG Estate Agents again (although I'm never planning on moving again 🫣)

I could not recommend MG enough. They went above and beyond my expectations. Kat’s marketing of our house was amazing. She really goes that extra mile when writing the description. Gav was also amazing at the viewings. He really looked after us and no matter how much I pestered him, nothing was ever too much trouble.
