Our buyer was being awkward, our solicitor didn't seem to know how to answer their questions and said that they wouldn't do any more work and even our freeholders just decided to stop signing documents. Things got even better when we came to see the flat. Dexter had been very professional and communicative. He was also helpful when it came to making an offer and moved quickly with paper work. The excellent service was kept up with multiple check ins from Katie. She was helpful and supportive before and during the move itself. She even dealt with (and solved) a minor issue we had with the water bill days after our actual move in date.
