Paramount Properties are perfect! I have been in London for over 3 year after moving from the Midlands and Dexter from Paramount Properties helped me with my first rental in 2015 and was amazing start to finish! No hard sell, no pressure, everything sorted within 1 week and his communication is fantastic! Unfortunately my previous landlord changed agents so I have been with other agents for a few years who have nothing on Paramount! 3 years later on and Dexter has now helped me to secure another rental property and again has been so helpful, professional and just amazing! Within the past 24 hours he secured a viewing, answered all my questions, helped to get my offer accepted and kicked off the referencing process! Dexter’s communication is brilliant which makes the process so easy as he will just text or call for any information he requires or to provide updates and he is so easy to speak and deal with so I have full confidence he has everything sorted on his end. I rented with Paramount for 6 months in 2015 and compared to the other agents I’ve used, no-one comes close to Paramount’s efficiency, professionalism, communication and helpfulness. Dexter goes above and beyond and is genuinely a really nice guy so it feels like an old friend helping! That’s itself speak volumes! Jason will be helping me with the paperwork going forward and I equally have full confidence in him and his help going forward.
