Such an amazing experience with Paramount! Katie and Ollie were both very professional and patient with our queries. Ollie was very helpful when showing us few properties so we could make an informed decision. As we are renting for a first time in London, we were not really familiar with a renting procedure, however Katie guided us trough each stage of a renting process so everything was very smooth. We are thrilled with our new home and highly recommend Paramount's services!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Finding a property to rent in London can be stressful, but since I went on my first (and luckily only!) viewing with Adam I understood I could trust Paramount would offer me the best service. There is just no comparison between Paramount and other letting agencies. Adam showed genuine interest in listening to my needs and handled the negotiation between me and my current landlord very smoothly. I am sure we are both very happy and confident that Paramount will take care of us during the tenancy. Katie supported me with the move in process and went the extra mile in helping me to obtain the right references from my previous landlord to ensure I could move in within 7 days of my viewing. She also introduced me to my property manager, Hannah - it’s good to have met in person as I know I can rely on Hannah going forward. Also, no fees and welcome wine to make unpacking easier! I recommend Paramount and their total transparency.

Fantastic service! Paramount were extremely prompt in coming out to see us and marketing our property, with regular Prime Listing on Rightmove, and kept us up-to-date with regular emails and phone calls. Soroush took care of us to begin with and thereafter it was Lionel - who looked after us from viewings, to offer, through to exchange and completion. I can honestly say, Lionel worked over and above the call of duty and absolutely earned his commission! He fought hard for us, chasing all parties regularly, to bring about a swift exchange and I’ve never felt so looked after. I have complete confidence in Paramount and highly recommend them! (We’ve also used them for renting properties in the past and were extremely impressed then too)
