I have recently rented a property with Paramount properties who have supported a refurb, sourced tenants and are now managing the property on my behalf. The support I have been given, the speed in which items are addressed and the efficiency with which everything has been done, has been excellent. Spencer has facilitated electricians, painters and handymen with speed and efficiency - all of whom have done a quality job. The attention to detail to ensure the property looked great for marketing and was spotless for the tenants was much appreciated. Tenants were found promptly. I've had good contact with the property manager, Tash, and so far I've heard nothing from the tenants which is a good sign. I would recommend paramount on the basis of the service I've received.

Frank and Katie were wonderful helping us from finding the flat right to move in. We were already off to a good start when we initially came to see the flat. Frank had been very communicative in the lead up to the viewing, and was perfectly punctual (rare!). He was also very helpful when it came to making an offer and moved quickly with paper work, while keeping us up to date at every step of our offer process. This excellent communication was kept up in the lead up to the move with multiple check ins from Katie (very helpful and friendly!), during the move itself, and even after, when Frank personally reached out to check everything had gone smoothly. He efficiently dealt with some of the minor maintenance issues , leaving us feeling we are in very capable hands for the future. Had a great experience with Paramount once again.
