Spencer and the team have been absolutely brilliant. I was recommended Paramount after letting my flat via another agency who had allowed the condition of the property to deteriorate in just five months. Spencer arranged for the maintenance team to attend within a day (!) and has secured new tenants already. I have never dealt with such a helpful, professional agency and I just wish I'd found them sooner.

Adam and Jason were incredible. I needed to be moved in within 5 days and they wrapped everything up correctly and at lightning speed AND with time to spare. They were both responsive, diligent, and provided the best customer service I've ever experienced in this country. If I could give 10 stars I would. Can't thank them both enough.

Great experience - Dexter our agent and Richard our property manager were very helpful! The whole process of sorting out the contract and getting the inventory was easy and they've been quick to respond to questions and requests since we moved in. Would definitely recommend them!
