Appalling if they actually have to do anything, rather than just collect their fee every month. (If you ask nothing of them they're ok - hence the 2 stars). Various repairs outstanding, including 2 years for a bathroom light fitting fixing. They forgot to renew my tenancy for 8 months and then charged £120 for it to be renewed. Even then the dates on the tenancy agreement were wrong. Everyone can make mistakes, however Whitegates have an entirely different level of ineptitude. Considering the largely dreadful standards of private landlord lettings these still manage to be in the bottom tier. As soon as my agreement is up I will be leaving them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Always in a rash. Nusty n short of information on properties they r trying to let! No even all keys available during a view!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot stress to you, how terrible the letting agents are. In my experience: consistently rude, unhelpful and very clearly do not care about the tenants. They were very happy to allow my sister to live in a mould and slug infested home for years on end with little to no intervention or help. The only suggestion was to increase ventilation (which we were doing anyway). They should be ashamed.

don't call them, they are very slow, they are not professional, I wanted to rent a commercial space from them, they placed me from one to another, emails sent so that I can see a commercial space with appointments in a few weeks, seriously? so much trouble to see a space with the potential to rent it and they did nothing

Tried calling on a Saturday afternoon, website says closes at 4, rang from 3pm and constantly cut off, lettings site said office closed?PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
