As a long-established, family-run franchise with over 30 years of trusted service in the local area, we take comments like this very seriously. It is not our policy to require buyers to use our mortgage advisors. However, in line with our duty of care to both our clients and sellers, we do ask all prospective viewers to provide a valid Mortgage in Principle. This is a standard industry practice and helps ensure that viewings are meaningful and productive for everyone involved particularly our vendors, who rightly expect qualified interest. If a viewer doesn’t have an MIP, we are happy to assist them in obtaining one through independent advisors we never insist on using a specific provider. It is also important to note that each branch of our wider franchise network operates independently, so it's possible you may have interacted with another office under the same brand.
