Stressless
Our experience from day one with Whitegates has been very professional and helpful. From our booking of our first viewing of our new house with Bernie right through to several conversation via phone and email with Kevin has been 'stressless' to say the least. we have been informed every stepo of the way, with guidance of related Mortgage advice and Solicitors. I would highly recommend Whitegates West Derby to any prospected buyers/rentals.

My experience with Whitegates so far has been excellent. I am only awarding 4 stars because we have not yet completed the sale of our property, but I am sure when we do, they will get the full 5 stars. James is a very professional, persoanble and polite young man. Not something one always sees nowadays. He, along with the team have worked hard at finding the right buyer for our property in record time. We are impressed and would definitely recommend James at Whitegates to others.

I mainly dealt with James at the West Derby branch and found him to be friendly, professional and helpful. The only negative comment I would make is that towards the end of the sale I had very little contact from Whitegates and no official thank you/receipt for payment.
