Whitegates West Derby have looked after my properties for several years. They provide a first class service with easy paperwork and payment processes. The regular property inspection reports are great for picking up snags early and also for helping to ensure that the properties are treated well by tenants. Whitegates have been excellent at dealing with tenant issues and have always resolved things quickly. The staff in the office are always friendly and get back to you quickly with any enquiries.

Having bought and sold through Whitegates West Derby over the last 8 years I have always found the service courteous and professional and the fees are very competitive whilst not compromising on the service. As a landlord I continue to have more than one property managed through the branch and again I have no complaints. The rare issue with tenant payments are quickly followed up and and repairs are brought to my attention quickly and they are able to draw on a wide and reputable group of contractors to fix issues. New annual property reports with description of property state and pictures are are useful addition to the service. An efficient and established agent in the area. Recommended.
