Was saying no properties in search area despite having passed a sign on a house for sale

Never been so insulted in my life. I casually mentioned that I was moving into the area for a new appointment. Despite having a monthly income of nearly 7 times the rental price, able to provide references and financial standing I was still asked to provide a home owner guarantee. Thoroughly disgusted.

Enquired about an apartment with Crown Estate Agents and got a voicemail to phone in if i still wanted to rent this property, just for them to take it off of every property website and tell me they don't have the property.

I rented from Grey & Co about 4 months ago, as I was desperate for a property, they were very helpful and quick to forward the process and for me to pay the finances. *** HOWEVER, things took a turn for the worst when I informed them that I wanted to vacate and following thru my breakaway clause in the contract. I read the contract thoroughly but when it came to them, they twisted every rule in the contract in their favour I.e the return of my full deposit which they Initially promised at the beginning of the contract that I would receive in full. I now received less than half after reaching out to them multiple times via emails and telephone, I felt ignored and completely misled. I urge you all to NOT rent with Grey&Co as they WORK closely with difficult Landlords who want to squeeze every penny from you. They will smile for you at the beginning but will not honour anything at the end.

Really disappointed in their service. I contacted as a landlord with a property to let out as they had an identical property up and claimed they had a list of interested applicants that would be very interested in mine. They said they couldn't deal with my query immediately but that someone would call me first thing Monday. I never heard from them. If they treat prospective tenants in the same way I think the chances are you'd lose decent applicants just though poor communication. Would not trust these guys to pass the right messages on at the right point in time. (Basically their main job)

Clueless. No one knows if a property is sold or not. Can’t arrange a viewing. Incorrect information given. Phone calls never returned. I would not want to entrust them with my house to sell.

Tried twice to get details and reserve a property on a new build estate and been told that Chris would call me back. Both times he has NOT contacted me so he has lost the developer a sale. Very, very poor service.
