Between August 2020 and March 2024 I had my flat rented out by Grey and Co. During that time span I had interactions with numerous members of staff and while most of them were very average in their competence the one exception was Mr Dominic Celeste. No question was too stupid,no doubts too irrational or concerns too irrational. He's the only person in Grey and Co that I came across who understood that when you are dealing with a property you are also dealing with the person attached to that property. No matter how busy he was he always returned your emails or phone calls. The man has a Christian Ronaldo level of professionalism and it's one of life's mysteries that the likes of Knight Frank haven't come headhunting for him. Many thanks Dominic. You are The Goat.

Was asked by a friend to collect fish and chips to take back to her home. While items were well cooked and wrapped. I was shocked by the price of £10.25, for a single portion... Hence the three stars.

very rude on the phone very arrogant and they've spent me to provide a guarantor when I don't have to provide a guarantor if they can't give me a reason whyI'm going to report them to the councilI have to give a good value of reason why they want a guarantor and if they don't you can challenge that but they think they can just rule you but tomorrow I'll be reported into the council for discrimination
