Never been so insulted in my life. I casually mentioned that I was moving into the area for a new appointment. Despite having a monthly income of nearly 7 times the rental price, able to provide references and financial standing I was still asked to provide a home owner guarantee. Thoroughly disgusted.

Thank you for your review Maxi. You stated that you are going to be starting a new job which has a probationary period. As you are aware we work to protect the interest of our Landlords against any potential risk of financial losses. Our policy is clear that in this circumstance we need to have a guarantor.
