Ellis has been managing our rented apartment for 2 years. They always been very professional, and helped us everytime time we needed. I highly reccomend them for renting, although when it comes to return the deposit it was not the same. They never returned my calls, promised to send me an email with an update never did. Also, stated the person in charge to process the refund was sick and we would have to wait for this person to return to work , it has been 2 weeks already. Not impressed at all!!!!

The worst letting agent experience we’ve had. Our agent was extremely non-responsive. For every 3 times we tried to get in touch with him, he responded once. In an email if we asked 3 questions, he would respond to one and ignore the rest. We had to chase him to get a contract sent with less than 14 days left to move in. It’s been 9 days since moving into the property and we are yet to receive the inventory list. On the day of moving, after collecting the keys and reaching the property we found that they forget to add the parking fob. This should have been checked in advance but this ruined our moving in experience. Hopefully we have a better experience with the team managing the property but don’t recommend the letting agents.

I started with this company as a tenant from October 2018, the process of getting the flat was fast and easy. After I moved into the the property it has been a night mare with the customer service from this agency. I had an electrical problem and had no heating in winter to the property, the customer agent told me and my family of 3 with a 6 yr old daughter that we wouldn’t die without heating! I still gave another chance even referred this agency to people. During the present corona pandemic I work for the nhs with these patients so each time I come in from work I use my guest bathroom to reduce any risk of exposure to my family, I noticed the bathroom has a leak I called the office as I’m no plumber and was mainly focusing on the risk of exposure and what if it goes to the flat underneath and damage there as well. I offered to pay a plumber as I can understand it’s a lockdown and asked if I would be reimbursed. The customer agent called me crazy inconsiderate lady and went on shouting at me saying people are dying! I explained that wasn’t the way to speak to me and he continued his disrespect. As a front liner I’m crazy for trying to minimise exposure to my family trying to think of my neighbours. Be very careful with this company. As soon as the country is out of lock down I will be leaving. Customer care is the worst!!!!!!!

I would not recommend Ellis & Co Wembley. When I put my property on the market, Cristina Siladi, the Sales Manager, had mis represented the property on the marketing by adding false details which I made clear was not true, but she said it will help attract buyers. This was then found out by the buyer in the later stages who pulled out of the transaction. I had given notice to the tenants and this caused me a lot of stress and costed me thousands of pounds and I had to file in a complaint to the Property Ombudsman. I would question a lot these claims made below, but in their defence they did assist to find new tenants after which I gladly declined due to the misconduct of Cristina Siladi.

Terrible experience with Ellis&Co Wembley and property manager Jebin who ignored emails and calls about flat problems, refused to install a lock on my room while other tenants in the house had locks, and made empty promises to fix everything but never followed through. The unprofessional service and discriminatory treatment caused me significant stress and I deeply regret choosing this agency.

I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. I had an appointment booked to view a property, and I even finished work early to make it on time.also my Husband closed his shop early. When I arrived at the property, no one was there to meet me. I waited for about half an hour and I called them two times first call they said my colleague called in two minutes after that no one called me I called again they said wait there and go press the ball no one open for me . eventually had to call the agency, only to be told that the tenants had not allowed the viewing. This information should have been confirmed and communicated to me before the appointment time. It's completely unacceptable to let someone go out of their way — especially in my condition, as I am nine months pregnant — without any notice or update. We have west of specially one hour.

On 16/06/25 At 12 30 pm I called Ellis & Co staff picked up the phone .Ronit even didn't hear properly he told no 1 bedroom property available .in other letting agency they took our details and told me to let you know...He thinks Ellis and Co CEO is himself...all reviews about him is just paid I think..
