Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The agency deducted £1,370 from our deposit for so-called charges, without providing any valid invoices or evidence to justify the deductions. We repeatedly asked for proof, but none was provided. In my experience, these charges were unfair and incorrect. Withholding a deposit without proper documentation is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before trusting this agency with their money.
