We moved just over 5 months ago now and as first time buyers were a bit nervous about dealing with estate agents but Sam at Ashton's really put us at ease. Throughout the whole process he showed that he had expertise, local connections (especially handy for a last minute structural survey demanded by our mortgage provider!) and was constantly "on it" to ensure that the sale went through with as little delayed as possible. I feel very lucky that this was our first house buying experience and we absolutely love our home.

Ive changed my review to 4 star and will change to 5 if they continue with their much better service. Team are very responsive to any issues. Just had one leaking roof issue that took a while but is now fixed.
