Ashtons Estate Agency - Welwyn Garden City

Exceptionally good service on both sale and rental. You get what you pay for. I’d highly recommend them

A huge thank you to Jonathan Searles and Sam Ward and their teams. Both went the extra mile on our sale and purchase. Understanding our situation and communicating on a regular basis helped us through to completion. I would recommend Ashton's without hesitation.

Nothing negative to say about our experience with Ashtons, very professional and responsive, kept us informed and always available if we needed assistance. Best estate agent in WGC

Ashton’s were extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. Emily and Verity kept me updated throughout and answered any and all questions and queries promptly. Being a first time buyer can be a daunting process and despite the delays due to Covid, they kept me informed and updated throughout!

Really impressed with the service Ashtons have provided during our recent property purchase. The Ashtons team are professional and helpful. Verity especially was always on hand to answer questions and worked very hard to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.

We went with Ashton's as they provided the flats we were looking for. The service was great and Verity did extremely well in chasing our own solicitors to getting the deal over the line in the quickest time possible. Great work from the team and would highly recommend going to this estate agent for buying a property.

Recently bought a house through Ashtons. I have to say they go above and beyond with their customer service. Very responsive at all times to communication and they were able to deal with difficult issues that will inevitably arise during the process of buying a property.

The Ashtons team were brilliant throughout the process of our purchase of a property in Welwyn Garden City. The team were very personable and professional. We particularly dealt with Verity, she was great and very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great service

Ashtons provided an absolutely amazing service. I can't thanks Sam Ward enough for his help throughout the process in buying a property listed by Ashtons, he was friendly, professional and made sure things were done. Sam - and every other member of staff I came across during the process - is a huge credit to a very good company.
