We recently let our flat on Broadwater road through Ashtons and i was incredibly impressed with the level of service provided throughout the letting. Chris haws came round and gave us a same day valuation which i found particularly professional and that set the tone when dealing with him. We never had to call Chris as he was always on the phone to us keeping us updated on any progress even when we were struggling for viewings and there wasn't much to discuss. I would certainly recommend Ashtons and especially Chris for anyone looking to rent out their property in the Welwyn area. Very professional.
