5 star local agent. Biggest portfolio of properties for sale in Welwyn and outstanding customer service of the staff. They always go the extra mile to let clients feel they do matter. Richard and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the process of selling. Very clear communication and responsive to requests. We knew at all times where things were at in the process, which from experience I know is not always the case. The whole experience was professional and slick from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to use the Ashton’s team again and also recommend them to others.

While Ashtons were not employed in selling my property, they were responsible for the property I was purchasing. Lucy Gadsby was excellent throughout and provided excellent communication, updates and was always proactive in pushing things through to completion. You could tell that this is a well run estate agents.
