Brilliant. Sold my late father's house last year and now my own. If I was ever to sell in Herts again, I would not use any other Estate Agent. They were great from getting a sale quick for top market values (Father's house +£50K over Purple Bricks) and then progressions team were easily accessible and handled questions from all side brilliantly.
