It’s been a month since we moved into our house and finally have time to actually reflect on the process. We were absolutely thrilled with everyone at Ashtons. Thank you all so much for looking after us through both our sale and purchase. Tom made sure our flat was marketed in the right way and immediately got us interest and of course a sale! We believe it was Lisa who showed us around what turned out to be our dream home (which we’re still pinching ourselves we’re sat in now!) Lisa gave great knowledge of all things conservation area and even produced a tape measure when we left ours at home! Olivia who handled all our telephone and walk in queries swiftly and honestly! When we were in the buying/selling process Lucy from Ashtons Harpenden was an absolute dream to work with. She really advocated for us and helped during tricky times of the process and got us through the finish line! On moving day Lucy was at the end of the phone right up until we closed the doors to our flat and kept us calm in what was a quite chaotic day! When we went to collect our keys we were gifted a gorgeous bouquet of flowers which took pride of place in our new home. Thank you to local florist lamberts for these! Estate agents get a bad rep and we felt it was really important to shout about the amazing service we received and thank the wonderful team at Ashtons.
