Ashtons felt very much like a personal service which wasn't quite matched by other agents. And when we were offered early viewings before properties went live on the website, they didn't go live until after the viewings took place. A small detail but made us feel valued - and ultimately the house we bought didn't go on the website at all. 'Early' viewings offered by other agents were live the same day. Two agents only offered properties that were over budget or out of area.

We recently used Aitchisons Estate Agents in Berkhamsted to move from Berkhamsted to Surrey and we were very impressed with the service from the first valuation visit through to successful completion. The agents and back office were really helpful,friendly and demonstrated great professionalism .As an experienced team they kept in regular contact ,communicated well and were very reassuring making the whole process less stressful for us the clients..
