Excellent from the start. I basically handed over a set of keys and they took it from there. Very good communication and also reassurance when my solicitor sent out confusing emails at the close of play on a Friday afternoon. It certainly helped that these agent were open for long hours, but also that I largely spoke with the same lady throughout the process. Very friendly and excellent service.
