It was a very long and at times, stressful process, due to the pandemic and the aftermath causing the housing market to take a big hit. Marlon worked relentlessly to make sure all parties involved were communicating (much easier said than done at times!) and always kept us up to date with progress and next steps as/when they would arise. He became a great support to us during some very stressful moments and remained professional and acted with integrity throughout. As first-time sellers, we had no idea about the process involved, but Marlon made it as straightforward and manageable as possible - he is honestly worth his weight in gold! Efficient and first class service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company to sell/let your property. I have used them in the past and they have just sold another property for me. This was difficult for me as it was a probate sale, but they showed compassion and care as well as their expertise and going the extra mile to make the sale and transaction as smooth as possible. I couldn’t recommend these Estate Agents enough! We sold a flat and purchased our new house via Proffitt & Holt and received a great service all round from the Watford Team. Sian made the negotiations seem so easy, Hannah was great at keeping us in the loop at a time when communication is so important and Marlon was amazing in closing out our sale & purchase, he was pro-active in chasing solicitors where necessary to ensure our completion went through as planned. We also received a gift bag with personalised cupcakes, fizz and some essentials for the new house, I thought this was a lovely touch!

I finally found an account manager of which for the first time in 5 years I will write a positive review. Mr. Robert really showed his good side.
