I couldn’t recommend these Estate Agents enough! We sold a flat and purchased our new house via Proffitt & Holt and received a great service all round from the Watford Team. Sian made the negotiations seem so easy, Hannah was great at keeping us in the loop at a time when communication is so important and Marlon was amazing in closing out our sale & purchase, he was pro-active in chasing solicitors where necessary to ensure our completion went through as planned. We also received a gift bag with personalised cupcakes, fizz and some essentials for the new house, I thought this was a lovely touch!
