We had an excellent experience dealing with Sean, Roshele, Irfan and the team to sell and buy two properties in Watford. Professional, communicative and responsive from the start and determined when necessary to allow us to get a deal through before the stamp duty window closed. Roshele in particular was a superstar when it came to chasing tardy solicitors in order to get the deal done. The only point to note is that if you want anything done in a hurry, avoid using their recommended partner solicitors, two doors down on the parade. Far better solicitors are available in Watford. All around excellent experience, looking forward to using again.
