Firstly I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the Watford Team for being so supportive, open and honest with their communication from the very first phone call to them, to the completion of our sale. It was a very long and at times, stressful process, due to the pandemic and the aftermath causing the housing market to take a big hit. However, both Irfan Raja & Hannah Mills were fantastic at reassuring us throughout and working hard to get viewings arranged. Big thanks to Hannah Mills for finding our final buyer and being so enthusiastic and efficient at all times, making herself available to both us and the buyer to answer any questions and make the process as smooth as possible. Lastly, the most heartfelt thank you to Marlon Jagdeo, Sales Progressor at the Watford office, for being the most professional, kind and hard-working person throughout the entirety of our journey. Marlon worked relentlessly to make sure all parties involved were communicating (much easier said than done at times!) and always kept us up to date with progress and next steps as/when they would arise. He became a great support to us during some very stressful moments and remained professional and acted with integrity throughout. As first-time sellers, we had no idea about the process involved, but Marlon made it as straightforward and manageable as possible - he is honestly worth his weight in gold!
