We were shown around a property last week by Paul Bottomley and were extremely impressed. The property wasn't quite what we were looking for but we found Paul to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Although we didn't make an offer on this property he agreed to keep us informed of other houses that may be more suitable. He knew we were visiting with other Estate Agents and wished us luck with our search and informed us that even if he we bought from someone else he was willing to visit and offer advice, he also explained how he could help us to find tenants and manage the property for us if required. He promised to send us some videos that explained the full process and these arrived in my inbox on the same day and were very clear and concise. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team.
