Excellent performance both in securing a buyer and managing difficult chain

I was very impressed with Curchods. We were in a dual agency arrangement initially and the quality buyers/qualified leads were from Curchods. This was important to us as viewings are very disruptive for our children, one with special needs. Curchods were considerate of this whereas we felt the other agent was just sending anyone whether they could afford the price or not. Curchods worked to OUR objectives - to get a solid, realistic offer from a proceedable buyer and were very good at managing our expectations during this time. We quickly moved to a sole agent basis with Curchods who remained patient in a tough market and stayed the course in terms of properly qualified viewings.. Perhaps more impressive was the management of a long chain which lost links in the chain on two occasions due to outside influences (e.g. a comedy overreaction from a 1st time buyer due to the Brexit vote). However, they kept it together, replaced the links quickly and communicated well throughout. Finally, it is worth noting that although we had a named contact looking after us, it was nice that several others were able to deal with our queries and handle matters if our named contact was out. So in conclusion, we highly recommend them. If you judge Estate Agents by numbers of viewings through the door, they will not come out top. Neither should they. If you judge Estate Agents by legitimate, qualified viewings and getting solid offers to completion, go with Curchods. They will get you the right deal and get it over the line.

We bought a house from the Walton branch of Curchods, the communication was very good throughout, they were bold and ambitious with the initial chain and equally were tough when the chain started to flex. We always felt in safe hands and I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend the branch.
