First class service
I can't thank Curchods - and specifically Jake Wood - enough for their smooth and professional handling of the sale of my flat in Walton on Thames. Despite the first buyer pulling out, the sale went through swiftly and without hiccup. I felt fully supported throughout the process by Jake and would highly recommend Curchods to anyone wishing to sell a property in the area.

Professional and great to deal with it
This review is for Mr. Jake Wood who helped us with the selling of our property. Selling or buying a house is never an easy process. There's lots that can go wrong but thanks to Jake who helped us jump through the obstacles we found our sale was completed in time and as planned. Something we know probably couldn't have happened without his professionalism and due to the fact that he was on top of things.. We really appreciate his support and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Very good service.
I have been in the process of buying a house through this branch and have been dealing with Jake Woods. I have nothing but praise for Jake. He has kept me appraised of all developments throughout and has been very helpful and understanding with my ignorance of the house buying process. I genuinely feel that Jake has made this purchase smoother and easier for me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him and this company again.

I would like to personally commend Jake Wood of Curchods in Walton for his outstanding support and professionalism. Not only did he cover every aspect of the purchase of my property, keeping me informed at all times, but also gave me more confidence than both my estate agent and solicitor at what was an extremely stressful time. First time buyers in Walton
As first time buyers we looked at a lot of properties in the area before settling on our new home. We met Jake Wood from Curchods, Walton to view this property and he showed us round giving as much information as he could, including about the sellers situation and the market in general. Anything he didn't have to hand he found out very quickly and let us know the following day. We were told "Remember the agent is working for the seller not for you", but must say Jake never put any pressure on us to make quick decisions or dress things up in a way that clearly wasn't quite right, unlike some agents we encountered. He was more than happy for us to look at the property a number of times and we never felt like we were inconveniencing him (again, unlike some others). As such we felt very comfortable with him from the start of the process. Once we decided to make an offer he was very quick in liaising with the seller and offered his advice as we went through the process of subsequent offers. Again at no point did we feel any pressure on us from him and in the end we got a very good deal with his help. We were recommended a surveyor by him and after talking to a number of different companies for quotes etc decided to go with them. They were also excellent, very prompt and thorough which helped cement our trust that Jake was looking out for us as well as the seller. Throughout the process he was on hand any time for questions etc we had as first time buyers which was greatly appreciated, not least when we experienced big problems with our solicitors and had to change, he kept us calm when we started to think it might go wrong at that point! We completed on Monday and are so pleased with our new home. We were told buying a house would be one of the most stressful things we ever did but that was kept to a minimum in no small part thanks to Jake's professionalism, friendliness and availability. I should also add that whenever we spoke to anyone else in the office they were very friendly and would help if they could. Messages were always passed on and responded to very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend!

A masterclass Agent
On the hunt for a property over the last few months, I’ve spoken to tens of estate agents. Curchods stood out as a masterclass agent. As a first-time buyer committing quite a substantial sum, I have had a great amount of questions. Jake @ Curchods Walton-on-Thames office has been tremendously helpful by easing the WHOLE process to exchange of contracts. To put it simply, Jake was there ALL THE WAY. Our First House - What A Service!
As this was our first purchase we had plenty of questions and concerns, all of which Jake at Curchods answered quickly and in simple terms. Great Customer Service
From the very start of negotiations, it was clearly evident that we were dealing with a team of true professionals. The quality of service we received was years ahead of anything we had previously experienced from any other agent. Graham South and his team were totally focused right up to the day of completion, We are certain that the deal would not have gone through without his expertise. To say that we were staggered by the level of care and professionalism would be an understatement. We cannot thank Curchods enough for everything they did for us and we would recommend them. We appreciate the outstanding customer service that the staff have provided over the past weeks; they have been very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Graham South (who is a real credit to the organisation) and also Simon Labrow from Curchods Financial Services. Both Graham and Simon were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole transaction from start to finish and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a solution that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale.
